First consult 90 minutes
We discuss your health concerns and how they affect daily life.
Go over details of your health history timeline.
Review of your diet (four-day diary completed beforehand) and lifestyle.
Pathology review if you have recent blood tests.
3. Follow up (60 min)
Evidence review of natural treatment options for your condition.
Mind map of possible root causes
Plain-language explanation of what might be contributing factors to your health.
Personalised treatment plan including diet/lifetsyle recommendations.
Herbal or supplement strategy, posted to your door if clinically indicated - this is an extra cost.
Support and motivation, and discussion of further testing if warranted (not always).
Ongoing support booked in from there.
